Selectel Plans 3 Billion Rubles Bond Issue for Infrastructure Expansion

Selectel, the largest independent provider of IT infrastructure services in Russia, is planning to issue bonds worth 3 billion rubles with a fixed coupon rate and a 2-year maturity period. The target yield is a premium of no more than 275 basis points to the value of the Moscow Exchange's zero-coupon yield curve with a 2-year maturity. Coupon payments will be made monthly. The company plans to conduct a bookbuilding process in the first decade of April.
