Музей PERMM начнет исследование возможностей своего нового здания в предстоящем году. Об этом рассказала директор музея Наиля Аллахвердиева в интервью проекту «Слон в Лувре».
По ее словам, перед командой музея стоит задача разнообразить новое пространство, в частности, новый камерный зал, где открылась выставка кинетических объектов Анастасии Крохалевой под названием «Снежная пыль искрится на солнце» (12+), стал одним из примеров данной работы.
Следующая выставка в этом зале откроется 17 апреля — это совместный проект с галереей современного искусства Anna Nova (Санкт-Петербург) с участием Анны Гарт (12+).
В апреле в музее также пройдет конференция, посвященная явлению граффити в России. Она будет организована совместно с Институтом исследования стрит-арта, куратором конференции станет Анна Нистратова, директор института.
Музей планирует разобраться не только в том, как развивается данная субкультура и что нового происходит в ней, но и как можно преодолеть социальную неприязнь к граффити, поскольку она направлена не только на стены, но и на художников.
Целью музея будет рассказать различным городским сообществам, включая команду городской власти, почему важно понимать, поддерживать и развивать это явление.
5 июля в PERMM состоится крупная выставка под названием «Открытие тела» (12+) в формате art&science, это будет второй крупный проект музея в этой сфере, курировать которую будет Дмитрий Булатов.
Предыдущая выставка с таким же концепцией, «Новое состояние живого» (2018), получила огромный отклик.
Новая экспозиция будет основана на блоке проектов, отобранных по результатам стипендиальной программы музея для художников и ученых.
Art&science is an important part of the museum's policy, aimed at interacting with science and scientific institutions. We show how art opens up new possibilities for visualizing scientific knowledge and expanding the boundaries of scientific imagination. As part of this initiative, a two-day conference will also be held.
In the fall, a project focused on researching the area where the museum building is located is planned to start — its methodology and format are currently being discussed. In a busy place, on Gagarina Boulevard, 24, the museum has implemented several interesting projects dedicated to the phenomena of Motovilikha and Egozhinsky Cemetery.
This past weekend, the museum opened the sound installation 'Polygon' (0+) by Perm media artist Konstantin Dyachkov, which became an acoustic landscape for the 'landscape' of the recycle installation 'Banyan' (0+) by Dmitry Bulnygin. The sound material is based on field recordings from the collection and disposal of solid household waste, modified using sound synthesis and mixed into the final project — a sound landscape of real and imaginary spaces. Some of the sound material was taken at the Perm landfill 'Sofrony', which served as the basis for generating the entire polyphonic range.
The sound material of the sound installation captured various thematic sounds: from the operation of construction equipment to the cutting of plastic bottles and polyethylene packaging from dietary cookies. Synthesis allowed modifying (stretching or compressing) sound waves, thus obtaining various sound effects. And finally, through mixing, all sound parts were combined, resulting in a unified musical composition. In the second half of April, another acoustic project will open in the same White Hall — an interactive percussion installation by Petr Aydu (6+). Any viewer or group of viewers will be able to 'play' with this instrument. Concert performance of the percussion score by Petr and a series of concerts within the project are planned.
